Non credo che ci sia nulla da obbiettare sul fatto che iPhone sia un ottimo prodotto. Indipendentemente dal fatto che possa piacere o meno, le sue qualità sono indiscutibili e per il quinto anno consecutivo il melafonino ha conquistato la prima posizione nella classifica stilata da J.D. Power riferita alla soddisfazione dei clienti. La classifica è il risultato di un’analisi oggettiva delle prestazioni e delle dotazioni dei dispositivi. iPhone è primo e la caratteristica più apprezzata dai clienti è, sicuramente, la facilità d’uso a prova di “dummie” (stupido). La classifica vede al secondo posto HTC ed al terzo Samsung. Palm, Nokia e BlackBerry sono nelle ultime posizioni. Una caratteristica prevale su tutte le altre in merito all’importanza per i clienti: la durata della batteria. Sarà per questo che le case si stanno orientando per due versioni diverse dello stesso modello, di cui il secondo ha la batteria più performante (Motorola, Huawei, ecc)?

Ranking is the result of an objective analysis of the performance and equipment of devices. iPhone is the first and the characteristic most appreciated by customers is, of course, “dummie” (stupid) proof ease of use.
