Evidentemente anche i giudici si sono stancati della lunghissima querelle legale che contrappone Apple e le sue millemila denunce contro Samsung e ieri, durante una delle udienze del processo il Giudice Koh ha mostrato tutta la sua irritazione nei confronti degli avvocati di Cupertino quando essi hanno presentato l’ennesimo documento di 75 pagine relativo a 22 testimoni che Samsung “avrebbe”, secondo loro, chiamato a deporre. A questo punto il Giudice ha, con rabbia, accusato gli avvocati Apple di voler far perdere tempo prezioso alla corte e dicendo loro che, a meno non facessero uso abituale di crack, dovevano sapere che nessuno di questi testimoni sarebbe mai stato chiamato a deporre. La reazione del Giudice è il segno chiaro di come questa storia abbia stancato tutti quanti e si spera che la richiesta di accordo formulata dal Sig. Koh sia presa realmente in considerazione dalle due case in modo da chiudere una volta per tutte questa incredibile commedia.

Apple vs Samsung, Judge Koh: “Dear Apple attorneys, did you smoke crack, maybe?”

Evidently the judges are tired of the long legal controversy that pits Apple and its thousands complaints against Samsung and yesterday, during a hearing of the process, Judge Koh showed all his irritation against Cupertino’s lawyers when they submitted another document of 75 pages related to 22 witnesses who Samsung “would”, according to them, called to testify. At this point the judge, angrily accused Apple’s lawyers want to waste the courts time and telling them that, unless they usually smoke crack, had to know that none of these witnesses would have never been called to testify. The reaction of the Judge is the clear sign of how this story has tired of everyone and it is hoped that the request of an agreement made by Mr. Koh will be accepted by the two houses so to close once and for all this incredible comedy.
