E’ con estremo piacere che vi mostro alcune immagini ed un breve video di presentazione del terminale che segna il ritorno di Panasonic nel mondo degli smartphones. Si chiama Eluga ed è un dispositivo molto elegante, caratterizzato da un design che, grazie alla costruzione monoscocca, fa letteralmente “scomparire” il case dello smartphone quando lo si guarda di fronte. Lo svantaggio, se così lo si può definire, è la batteria non removibile che, con soli 1150 mAh, potrebbe non garantire l’autonomia sufficiente a coprire una giornata di uso intenso. Fra le altre caratteristiche troviamo: display OLED da 4,3 pollici QHD 960×540, processore dual-core da 1 GHz,  fotocamera da 8 Mpx con registrazione HD, NFC, Gingerbread 2.3.5 che sarà aggiornato ad ICS nel corso dell’estate e memoria da 8 Gb non espandibile. Eluga è certificato waterproof e dustproof. Allo stand era presente anche un dispositivo stile Note, con display da 5 pollici che, purtroppo, non siamo riusciti a provare a causa delle tante persone presenti. Il video dopo il break.

It is with extreme pleasure I show some pictures and a short video presentation of the terminal that marks the return of Panasonic in the world of smartphones. It’s called Eluga and is a very stylish device, characterized by a design that, thanks to the unibody construction, literally lets “disappear” the case of the smartphone when you look in front. The con, if we can say, regards the battery that is not removable, and, with only 1150 mAh, it may not provide sufficient autonomy for one day of intensive use. Other features include: QHD 960×540 4.3-inch OLED display, 1 GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera with HD recording, NFC, Gingerbread 2.3.5 that will be updated to ICS during the summer and not expandable 8 Gb Memory. Eluga is waterproof and dustproof certified. At the stand was also a Galaxy Note style device, with 5-inch display that, unfortunately, we did not try because of the many people present.
