Dovrebbe essere una delle novità che saranno presentate al Google Playground che si terrà a New York il prossimo lunedì dove, se non ci saranno variazioni dell’ultima ora, sarà presentato anche il prossimo nuovo  smartphone. Stiamo parlando del fratello maggiore del Nexus 7 che, come possiamo vedere dalle immagini del manuale d’uso, si chiamerà Nexus 10; proprio mentre Apple riduce le dimensioni del suo iPad per andare a competere con i più famosi 7 pollici del mercato (Nexus 7 e Kindle Fire HD su tutti), a Mountain View si percorre la strada opposta, immettendo sul mercato un dispositivo da 10 pollici con caratteristiche di tutto rispetto. Il design ricorda quello del Galaxy Nexus e dal manuale si possono notare gli speakers anteriori laterali, la porta HDMI, la porta MicroUSB ed il led di notifica nella parte inferiore, proprio come il conosciuto telefono. Dall’immagine della parte posteriore si vede chiaramente il marchio Samsung, segno che Google ha preferito rivolgersi alla casa coreana per la produzione di questo Nexus 10 invece che ad Asus che, come tutti sapete, gestisce la produzione del Nexus 7; il processore dovrebbe essere un Exynos 5 ed il display sarà un  2560×1600 di risoluzione. Scontata la presenza on board di Jelly Bean 4.2.
