Ormai lo sanno anche i sassi: oggi è il gran giorno di iPhone 5 (e forse anche di iPod). Abbiamo letto tutto ed il contrario di tutto, c’è chi si aspetta una sorta di astronave a propulsione ecologica, chi il solito smartphone, chi qualcosa di completamente diverso… Ma c’è anche chi aspetta il nuovo iPhone come ancora di salvezza per l’economia americana che, come in tutto il mondo del resto, non gode certo di buona salute. Sembra, infatti, che il nuovo melafonino aiuterà la crescita americana, spingendo il pil fra lo 0,25% e lo 0,50% nell’ultimo trimestre dell’anno. E’ la previsione di JPMorgan redatta dall’economista Michael Feroli il quale prevede 8 milioni di pezzi venduti prima della fine dell’anno. Considerando che l’iPhone costerà 600 dollari e se si esclude il valore delle parti importate, pari a circa 200 dollari, significa che ogni iPhone contribuisce al Pil Usa per 400 dollari. Le attese sono di almeno 8 milioni di iPhone venduti nel 2012, pari a 3,2 miliardi di dollari e cioe’, secondo l’analista di JP Morgan, lo 0,33% della crescita tendenziale Usa. Lo stesso Feroli ricorda che  l’iPhone4, nell’ultimo trimestre 2011, abbia contribuito alla crescita del Pil Usa per oltre lo 0,2%. Non resta che cominciare a pensare ad un iPhone tutto italiano… Magari si riuscirebbe a sconfiggere la crisi economica anche del nostro paese.

It seems, Indeed, that the new iPhone will help U.S. growth, pushing GDP between 0.25% and 0.50% in the last quarter of the year. It’s the provision of JPMorgan economist Michael Feroli which provides 8 million units sold before the end of the year.
