Chi mi segue dai tempi del primo Milestone sa sicuramente quanto io apprezzi i telefoni con tastiera fisica e, di conseguenza, non posso che mettere la musica giusta per la “danza delle mie scimmie” sperando che Motorola abbia pensato anche ad una versione europea del suo Droid 4 appena arrivato nei negozi Verizon. Le sue caratteristiche sono note e lo pongono un gradino sotto il cugino RAZR: display da 4 pollici qHD Amoled, processore dual-core da 1,2 GHz, 1 Gb di RAM, fotocamera da 8 Mpx ed anteriore per videochat. Il piatto forte è la splendida, per me, tastiera slide a cinque fila di tasti che, pur aumentando leggermente lo spessore del Droid 4, lo rendono perfetto per chi ha necessità di scrittura di mail, messaggi e documenti. I punti negativi sono i soliti per cui Motorola si distingue: bootloader bloccato e Gingerbread (ICS previsto in qualche mese).

Those who follow me since the first Milestone surely knows how much I appreciate phones with physical keyboard and, consequently, I can put the right music for the “dance of my monkeys” hoping that Motorola have thought even a European version of its Droid 4 just arrived in Verizon stores. Its characteristics are known and put him one step below the cousin RAZR: 4-inch qHD AMOLED, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera and front one for video chat. The strong dish is the wonderful, at least for me, slide keyboard with five rows of keys which, while slightly increasing the thickness of the Droid 4, making it perfect for those who need to write emails, messages and documents. The negative points are the usual for Motorola: locked bootloader and Gingerbread (ICS expected in a few months).
