Partiamo da un principio basilare che è pensiero fondamentale degli amministratori di batista70phone: ogni violazione di brevetto è sicuramente un reato da perseguire e il nostro Blog non si schiera a favore di uno o di un altro contendente. Quello che fa discutere, ed ottiene risultati non sempre pari alle aspettative viste le decisioni a sfavore in altri paesi, è il modus operandi di Apple che, non paga dei fantastici risultati di vendite ottenute da tutti i suoi prodotti, tenta di “condizionare” il mercato con le innumerevoli cause intentate nei confronti dei rivali, Samsung in testa. Oggi la corte americana esprimerà il proprio giudizio relativamente alla denuncia di Apple nei confronti di HTC per la violazione di due brevetti riguardanti la trasmissione e la visualizzazione di dati quali numeri di telefono, applicazioni e contatti. Se la richiesta di Cupertino fosse accettata per HTC si chiuderebbero le porte del mercato americano perchè il giudice potrebbe vietare la vendita di tutti i suoi dispositivi che utilizzano Android. Sarebbe la catastrofe e si profila già la soluzione: la casa di Taiwan pagherebbe un contributo ad Apple che deciderà l’importo, adeguato al “peso” dei brevetti violati. Let’s start with a basic principle which is fundamental thought of the directors of batista70phone: any infringement of patent is definitely a crime to pursue and our Blog does not take sides in favor of one or another contender. What it does discuss, and obtained results do not always live up to expectations seen against decisions in other countries, is the modus operandi of Apple that, not sactisfied of fantastic sales results achieved by all its products, attempting to “influence” the market with countless lawsuits against rivals, Samsung first . Today, the U.S. court will give its opinion regarding Apple complaint against HTC for infringement of two patents related to the transmission and display of data such as phone numbers, applications and contacts. If the  Cupertino request was accepted for HTC would close the doors of the American market because the judge may prohibit the sale of all its devices running Android. It would be a catastrophe but there would be a solution on the horizon: the home of Taiwan would pay a contribution to Apple which will decide the amount, adjusted to the “weight” of the patent violated. I leave you to judge, dear users, remembering that we won’t tolerate insults and offensive comments.
