In occasione di un panel al San Diego Comic-Con, il CEO di Niantic Inc. John Hanke ha confermato l’arrivo degli scambi di Pokémon per Pokémon GO. La funzionalità sarà aggiunta in uno dei prossimi aggiornamenti.
Inoltre i canali social ufficiali di Pokémon GO hanno svelato i tre team leader delle squadre che è possibile scegliere in gioco: la squadra Coraggio è guidata da Candela, la squadra Saggezza da Blanche e la squadra Istinto da Spark.
