In questi giorni le notizie relative al prossimo top di gamma HTC stanno facendo il giro del web; il nostro Loris, qualche giorno fa, ci ha presentato l’articolo relativo al CEO Mr. Chou che riprendeva una conferenza stampa proprio con il nuovo M7. Oggi la casa di Taiwan ha pubblicato sul proprio sito una breve storia della fotografia per prepararci a quella che è stata annunciata come una vera e propria rivoluzione dopo i 41 Mpx del Nokia 808. Sembra che si andrà oltre il concetto di megapixel per introdurre quello degli “ultrapixel”; in pratica, se ho capito il concetto, nel prossimo M7 sarà presente una tecnologia che prevede tre sistemi definiti “layers” da 4,3 Mpx destinate all’elaborazione dei tre colori base. Secondo HTC questo permetterà foto di qualità mai vista prima su uno smartphone. La rivoluzione riguarderà anche l’audio (HTC kicks off a new sound and camera experience in 2013) per cui non resta che aspettare l’evento del prossimo 19 Febbraio per scoprire di cosa si tratta.

HTC promises audio and camera revolution for next M7

These days the news about the next HTC flagship are filling the web; our Loris, a few days ago, presented the article about the CEO Mr. Chou who, during a press conference used the new M7 for recording the event. Today, the Taiwanese house has published on its website a brief history of photography to prepare for what was billed as a revolution after Nokia 808 41 Mpx. It seems that we will going beyond the concept of megapixels to introduce “ultrapixel” one; in fact, if I understand the concept, on the next M7 will be a technology that involves three 4.3-megapixel systems called “layers”,  designed for elaborating the three basic colors. According to this HTC will allow picture quality never seen before on a smartphone. The revolution will involve sound too (HTC kicks off a new sound and camera experience in 2013) for which we have only to wait for the next event on February 19th to find out what it is.
