Non ci sono dubbi: il 2012 sarà ricordato come l’anno dei processori quad-core; indipendentemente dal fatto che i reali vantaggi in termini di velocità siano ancora tutti da dimostrare (abbiamo visto alcuni dual-core surclassare i nuovi processori multi core), è innegabile che gli ultimi dispositivi non si sarebbero imposti sul mercato se non fossero stati dotati di tale tecnologia. Gli amici di PocketNow hanno messo a confronto i quad-core più rappresentativi e più performanti: Tegra3 (il primo ad arrivare sul mercato), Snapdragon S4 Pro (l’ultimo) ed Exynos rispettivamente su un HTC One X, un LG Optimus G (da cui deriverà il prossimo nexus) e, ovviamente, il Samsung Galaxy S3. One, two, three… quad (core) compared

There is no doubt: 2012 will be remembered as the year of quad-core processors; regardless of whether the real advantages in terms of speed are still to prove (we have seen some dual-core outperforms the new multi-core processors), it is undeniable that the latest devices would not be imposed on the market if they were not equipped with this kind of technology. The friends of PocketNow have compared the quad-core most representative and best performing: Tegra3 (the first to arrive on the market), Snapdragon S4 Pro (the last one) and Exynos respectively on a HTC One X, a LG Optimus G (from which will derive the new Nexus) and, of course, the Samsung Galaxy S3. It will be a challenge based on benchmark, web browsing and speed. Who will win? We’ll find out below.
