Reuters has confirmed that iPad Mini could be presented by Apple in an event dedicated to iBook that would be held next October 23rd. The new device will have a diagonal of 7.85 inches and can be used even with gloves on; so it should not be missing much more to see the fiercest competitor for Amazon Kindle HD and Nexus 7.
