Evidentemente questo Ice Cream Sandwich deve avere qualche problema irrisolvibile (almeno ufficialmente) se Samsung non riesce a risolvere i problemi che ne ostacolano il rilascio. Eppure la casa coreana ha progettato, costruito e distribuito il Galaxy Nexus, primo dispositivo a montare l’ultima versione di Android OS. E, tanto per rispettare il vecchio proverbio “Mal comune, mezzo gaudio”, la situazione nel resto del mondo non è migliore della nostra. E’ notizia di oggi che il Galaxy Note del provider canadese Bell non riceverà l’aggiornamento prima della fine del mese di Maggio, con quasi due mesi di ritardo rispetto alla data prevista di inizio Aprile. Nessuna spiegazione che giustifichi il nuovo ritardo e questo mi fa venire in mente un altro proverbio: “Tutto il mondo è paese”… Nel mondo di Samsung sicuramente  mai verità è più vera di questa…

Galaxy Note & Ice Cream Sandwich… All world is country

Evidently this Ice Cream Sandwich  must have some unsolvable problem (at least officially) if Samsung can not solve the problems that impede the release. And the Korean company has designed, built and deployed the Galaxy Nexus, the first device to install the newest version of Android OS. And, just to fulfill the old adage “Mal common trouble halved”, the situation in the rest of the world is not better than ours. It is a news of today that canadian provider Bell’s Galaxy Note won’t receive ICS update before the end of May, almost two months later than the expected date of early April. No explanation justifying the new delay and this brings to me another proverb: “All the world is country” … In the world of Samsung surely truth is never truer than this …
