E’ proprio il caso di dire che “tanto tuonò che, finalmente, piovve”. Dopo averne sentito parlare per anni senza che nulla si muovesse ed aver assistito, negli stessi anni, allo sviluppo incredibile che la rete 4G ha avuto negli States, finalmente la connessione veloce LTE arriva in Europa e con essa i nuovi dispositivi. Visto il dispositivo di cui parliamo forse “nuovo” non è l’aggettivo giusto visto che si tratta di un modello che copia pari pari il cugino americano. Parliamo dell’HTC Velocity (che fantasia…), versione brandizzata Vodafone Germania, che lo avrà in esclusiva, del Vivid, uscito l’anno scorso per Verizon. Anche le sue caratteristiche sono quelle del Vivid: display qHD (960×540) da 4,5 pollici, processore dual-core da 1,5 GHz, 1 Gb di RAM, Gingerbread 2.3, Sense 3.5. La frequenza radio del modulo LTE, 800/2600 MHz, è quella che dovrebbe (condizionale d’obbligo quando si parla del nostro paese) essere attivata anche da noi per cui non è escluso che entri a far parte anche del catalogo Tre Italia.

HTC Velocity, first European LTE device

It ‘s just the case to say that “to much thundered that, finally, it rained.” After having heard for years without anything that moved and had assisted in the same years, the incredible growth that the 4G network had in the States, finally fast connection LTE arrives in Europe and with it new devices too. Since the device we’re talking about maybe “new” is not the right adjective because it is a model that copy verbatim the American cousin. Let’s talk about the HTC Velocity (to much fantasy …), Vodafone Germany branded version, which will have it exclusively, of Vivid, released last year by Verizon. Even his features are those of Vivid: 4.5-inch qHD display (960×540), dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, Gingerbread 2.3, Sense 3.5. The radio frequency module LTE, 800/2600 MHz, is the same it should (conditional imperative when we talk about our country) be activated also by us so it is not excluded that also becomes part of H3G Italy catalog.
