L’anno scorso, di questi tempi, si cominciava a parlare e si vedevano circolare le prime immagini dell’LG 2X che sarebbe diventato in Italia Optimus Dual, il primo smartphone con processore dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 ad arrivare sul mercato. Noi lo provammo in anteprima a Barcellona l’anno scorso e poi lo sottoponemmo ai nostri soliti test in primavera. In questi giorni, sarà una coincidenza, cominciano a circolari le foto di quello che dovrebbe essere il primo smartphone quad-core grazie al processore Tegra 3: LG X3. Sperando che non ripercorra la brutta strada del suo predecessore (inutile ricordare gli innumerevoli problemi e le magre figure della casa coreana per mettervi rimedio) le prime informazioni suonano come la giusta musica per iniziare quel “ballo delle scimmie” che noi appassionati conosciamo molto bene. Il display da 4,7 pollici con risoluzione HD 1280×720 migliorerebbe l’esperienza d’uso di Ice Cream Sandwich perchè, al contrario del Galaxy Nexus che riserva una parte dei suoi 4,65 pollici ai tasti virtuali, diventando di fatto un 4,3 pollici, grazie ai tre tasti capacitivi rende disponibile tutto il display, avvicinandolo ai 5.3 pollici del Galaxy Note. Il resto della dotazione prevede la fotocamera posteriore da 8 Mpx, quella anteriore da 1,3, batteria da 2000mAh, chip NFC e capacità di memoria di 16 Gb. Il tutto in appena 9 mm di spessore. Dovremmo poterlo vedere al prossimo MWC e non mancheremo di farvi avere le prime impressioni in tempo reale. Certo che se ripensiamo all’Optimus Dual non possiamo fare a meno di incrociare le dita.
