Nell’infinita battaglia legale che oppone la casa di Cupertino a quella di Seoul, Samsung segna un punto a suo favore. Ricorderete che, fra gli altri numerosi paesi nei quali ha sporto le sue denunce, in Australia Apple chiese di vietare le vendite del Galaxy Tab per presunta copia carbone del suo iPad2. Proprio ieri la corte australiana si è espressa a favore di Samsung, decidendo che non ci sono motivi plausibili per dare ragione ad Apple, non sussistendo le motivazioni; la sentenza impone ad Apple il pagamento di tutte le spese legali. Subito dopo la sentenza Samsung che, ricordiamo, ieri si era vista opporre il rifiuto della corte francese alla richiesta di vietare le vendite di iPhone 4S, ha annunciato che il suo Galaxy Tab arriverà negli stores in tempo per le vacanze di Natale. Mi sorge spontanea una domanda: ma quando la finiranno?

Apple vs Samsung: this time Apple loses in Australia

The endless legal battle that opposes the house in Cupertino to that of  Seoul, Samsung scores a point in its favor. You surely remember that, among many other countries where it filed their complaints, Apple churches in Australia to ban sales of the Galaxy Tab for alleged carbon copy of his iPad2. Just yesterday, the Australian court has expressed in favour of  Samsung, deciding that there are not plausible reasons to account for Apple, since there is no motivation; the settlement imposes to Apple the payment of all legal fees. Immediately after the ruling Samsung that, remember, yesterday was seen to oppose the refusal of the French court to request to ban sales of the iPhone 4S, has announced that its Galaxy Tab will arrive in stores in time for the Christmas holidays. I begs a question: but when will they end?
