Adesso è ufficiale: il Rezound è stato appena presentato durante l’evento di New York organizzato per l’occasione. Nessuna novità rispetto a quanto anticipato nei giorni scorsi; il nuovo dispositivo, tanto per cambiare, sarà un’esclusiva Verizon e ne sfrutterà la rete 4G LTE. Il display è un 4,3 pollici in risoluzione HD 1280×720, il processore un Qualcomm MSM 8660 dual-core da 1,5 GHz, 1 Gb di RAM e 16+16 Gb di memoria (interna+microSD). Tutto nuovo, finalmente, il comparto fotografico che si avvale di una fotocamera posteriore da 8  Mpx con lenti f/2.2 e possibilità, oltre alle foto in modalità panorama e con scatto super veloce (instant capture), di registrazione in fullHD e slow motion. Speriamo che lo sforzo abbia reso la fotocamera del Rezound degna di questo nome. Non manca la cam frontale da 2 Mpx. Ovviamente non poteva mancare il supporto alla tecnologia Beats Audio che, secondo HTC, garantirà la migliore esperienza di ascolto mai ottenuta su un dispositivo mobile. L’interfaccia è la nota Sense 3.5 e la versione di OS sarà Gingerbread 2.3.4 ma HTC ha già definito il Rezound “ICS ready” cioè pronto ad essere aggiornato non appena Google rilascerà la versione di Ice Cream Sandwich per tutti i produttori. HTC Rezound sarà proposto da Verizon ad un prezzo di 300$ con due anni di contratto.
