Qualche giorno fa, grazie al nostro Simone (aka DJSimo), utente del Forum, siamo venuti a conoscenza di un rumor secondo il quale LG avrebbe problemi di produzione e fornitura del Nexus 4 tali da rendere necessaria la sospensione della produzione stessa. Oggi, attraverso la sua pubblicazione Chosun Ilbo la casa coreana ha comunicato ufficialmente che nel suo stabilimento di Pyeongtaek non ci sono problemi che possano causare la riduzione o la sospensione della produzione del dispositivo. Risulta quindi del tutto priva di fondamento la notizia che LG avrebbe interrotto la produzione per concentrarsi su un non meglio precisato Nexus 5. Resta il fatto di una distribuzione gestita malissimo sia da parte del costruttore che di Google stessa tanto che, ancora oggi, il telefono non è disponibile sui Play Store dove è possibile acquistarlo e, soprattutto, non ci sono comunicazioni ufficiali rispetto ai pezzi realmente venduti.

LG says that there are no problems with Nexus 4 supply

A few days ago, thanks to our Simone (aka DJSimo), member of the Forum, we have heard a rumor that LG would have problems of production and supply of the Nexus 4 that may require the suspension of production. Today, through its outlet news Chosun Ilbo, the Korean company has officially announced that on its plant in Pyeongtaek there are no problems that can cause the reduction or suspension of production of the device. It is therefore entirely fake the news that LG would stop the production to focus on an unspecified Nexus 5. It remains the fact of a badly handled distribution by the manufacturer and Google itself so much that, even today, the phone is not available on Play Store whereit’s possible to buy it and, most importantly, there are no official communications on number of pieces actually sold.
