Tempo fa abbiamo visto in un articolo scritto da Nadia aka Roy, il prossimo Motorola XOOM 2. Nelle foto pubblicate oggi da Engadget in realtà possiamo vedere che sono allo studio ben due modelli, ad occhio uno sembra con display da 8,2 pollici e l’altro un po’ più piccolo. Questi Tablet avranno sicuramente compatibilità LTE e il loro nome in codice per il momento è Fleming. Le caratteristiche trapelate parlano di una fotocamera posteriore da 5mpx, display HD IPS, processore da 1,2 GHz, 1 GB di RAM, possibilità di registrare video a 1080p ed infine uno spessore di circa 9mm. Da quello che vediamo nelle foto Motorola ha rivisto quasi completamente la silouette del tablet, cambiandone anche i materiali. Sicuramente grazie ad uno schermo IPS  la qualità del display ai nostri occhi sarà migliore, ed in effetti lo schermo  insieme al peso erano la parte meno attraente del “vecchio” Xoom. Ora Motorola, per trovare acquirenti interessati a questo Fleming, dovrà promettere per iscritto due cose per me fondamentali: pieno supporto ed aggiornamenti veloci a tutta la clientela senza dimenticare che il mondo non si ferma ai confini Americani; inoltre dovrà adottare una politica prezzi più aggressiva  rispetto a quanto fatto con lo  XOOM. Se siete interessati posso garantirvi la bontà del prodotto, avendo avuto il primo modello dell’azienda Americana, confermandovi che la tavoletta dal punto di vista della costruzione e dei materiali è forse il miglior tablet Honeycomb oggi presente sul mercato.

Motorola Fleming: two new tablets for getting Xoom retired

Some time ago we saw an article written by Roy aka Nadia, the next Motorola XOOM 2. In the photos released today by Engadget in reality we can see that there are two models, one appears with a 8.2-inch display and the other a little smaller. These Tablets will surely have LTE compatibility and their code name for the moment is Fleming. The leaked features speak of a 5mpx back camera, IPS HD display, 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM 1080p videorecording and and, finally, a thickness of about 9mm. From what we see in the photos Motorola has almost completely revised silhouette of the tablet, also changing the materials. Surely, thanks to an IPS screen display, quality will be better in our eyes, and in fact the screen along with the weight were the least attractive of the “old” Xoom. Now Motorola, to find buyers interested in Fleming, will promise in writing two key things for me: full support and faster updates to all customers without forgetting that the world does not stop at U.S. borders; will also adopt a more aggressive pricing policy compared to what was done with XOOM. If you are interested I can guarantee the quality of the product, having had the first American company model, confirming that the tablet from the point of view of construction and materials is perhaps the best Honeycomb tablet on the market today.
