Dopo avervi raccontato le mie prime impressioni ho proseguito le prove sul Nexus S e, autonomia a parte, sono riuscito a testare praticamente tutto in un paio di giornate di utilizzo come terminale principale. Prime impressioni positive confermate come potrete vedere dalla mia “breve”, in confronto a quella di Mik , video recensione.

Il video dopo il salto, non fate caso al sottotitolo tagliato; era la prima volta che usavo iMovie e alcune cose devo ancora affinarle. Per approfondimenti più tecnici vi rimando alla video recensione di Mik, io ho preferito concentrarmi di più sull’uso “on the road”. Buona visione

After having told you my first impressions, i continued Nexus S test and, a part battery section, i have been able to test almost everything in a couple of days like main phone. First impressions are confirmed as you will see on my, very short review, compared with Mik one.

Da un paio di giorni sto smanettando con un MacBook, a parte lo smarrimento iniziale, sto cominciando a familiarizzare col mezzo; oggi ho avuto un match con iMovie e relativa compressione video, pesantissimo …. Ma alla fine sono riuscito a contenere le dimensioni e uppare un piccolo video, relativo all’App Store, su YouTube.

Vediamo come si è evoluto Windows Phone 7 in questi 3 mesi nella parte modding e in quella giochi; la prima è ancora abbastanza limitata mentre la seconda comincia a diventare davvero interessante e variegata.

Uno smartphone da sera, molto elegante, bello e sottile, ecco come pubblicizzerei il Liquid Metal. Alla bellezza corrispondono anche delle prestazioni di prim’ordine accompagnate da una UI molto semplice ma funzionale; forse non con la stessa fluidità di altre UI ma ha una propria personalità.

Edit : nella dotazione ho dimenticato di estrarre la custodia in pelle che c’è in dotazione, mi scuso.

Dopo la recensione del nostro Squall869, anche io ho voluto riprendere il video del nuovo arrivato di casa Motorola, il Milestone 2. Non si tratta di un vero e proprio nuovo telefono ma, come diceva anche il nostro utente nel suo video, di una sorta di face-lift del “vecchio” Milestone 1. Praticamente introvabile nei negozi fisici (io l’ho preso su Expansys) si distingue dal suo predecessore per un certo affinamento del design e per la nuova dotazione HW con processore da 1GHz e 512 Mb di RAM. Il valore aggiunto, come per la prima versione, è la tastiera fisica, un gran vantaggio per la scrittura veloce. Nessuna tastiera virtuale, secondo me naturalmente, può regalare la stessa precisione e velocità. Per il resto un buon terminale, con un ottimo display che, pur essendo un semplice TFT, regala buoni colori e video senza scatti. Unica pecca, sempre secondo me, la UI personalizzata Motoblur ma dalle parti di XDA si sta lavorando duramente per creare ROM specifiche che la rimuovano completamente. Nel video ho dimenticato di citare la batteria, da 1400 mAh e permette, anche con utilizzo intenso, di arrivare a sera senza problemi. In definitiva un buon terminale in cui la tastiera fisica risulta essere un “must” irrinunciabile.

MOTOROLA MILESTONE 2, VIDEOREVIEW BY PIGEONBLOOD FOR BATISTA70PHONE

After our user Squall869 review, me too i would to film a video of the new Motorola device, Milestone 2. It is not a really new phone but, as our user said on his video, a kind of Milestone 1 face-lift. Practcally impossible to find on real stores (i got it from Expansys), differs from the old one for a kind of refinement of the design and for new HW envelope with 1GHZ processor and 512 Mb of RAM. Its most important feature, as the old Milestone, is the phisical qwerty keaboard. There is nothing better for fast writing and any virtual keaboard has the same feeling and precision typing. A good device for the rest, with an excellent display that, despite it is only a TFT, gives us good colors and no clicks playback. The most important flaw, for me of course, is the Motorola own UI, Motoblur but on XDA, developers are working hard for creating new ROMs that will delete it complitly. In the video i forgot to mention the 1400mAh battery, which allows to get the evening despite hard use.  At the end, a very good device with that keabord which is a real value added.

La prima video recensione del 2011 porta in dote un altro terminale Windows Phone 7, è la volta del Mozart, cellulare HTC dotato di un’ottima parte telefonica, forme compatte ed una fotocamera da ben 8Mpixel con flash allo Xenon, di cui avete già potuto apprezzare le capacità negli articoli dei giorni scorsi.
