HTC Thunderbolt è stato annunciato allo scorso CES di Las Vegas con i clamori che merita quale primo dispositivo della casa di Taiwan equipaggiato con la connessione 4G LTE. In questo video vedremo l’unboxing di un esemplare non ancora definitivo (si può notare dalla versione non definitiva della UI Sense) ma già molto veloce e fluido. T-Mobile ha annunciato che da domani, nei suoi stores, inizierà la vendita del nuovo Dell Streak 7. Il tablet, che ricordiamo è equipaggiato con processore dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2, FroYo (??) e connessione 4G, sarà offerto al prezzo di 200$ con due anni di contratto e 450$ senza vincoli. Non vi sembra un prezzo decisamente interessante?

T-Mobile announced  that from tomorrow, on its stores, will begin the new Dell Streak 7 sale. Ecco una notizia che, se fosse confermata anche dalla direzione italiana di Vodafone farebbe la felicità di tutti i potenziali clienti che sono in attesa di acquistare il Nexus S in forma ufficiale. Dall’annuncio pubblicitario che potete vedere in foto, e da quanto riportato dal forum tedesco Mobiflip,  sembra che il Nexus S avrà il display superAMOLED come le versioni americane ed inglesi al posto del superLCD annunciato. Per adesso non ci sono altre informazioni ma speriamo che la notizia valga anche per il nostro paese.

VODAFONE GERMANY ANNOUNCES NEXUS S WITH SUPERAMOLED DISPLAY

Here it is one new wich, if confirmed from Vodafone Italy too, will make happy those potential customers that are waiting for getting the Nexus S officially. From the banner you can see on the picture, and from what is reported on german blog Mobiflip, it does seem Nexus S will be equipped with a superAMOLED display like american and english versions instead of the announced superLCD. There are no further informations for now but we hope the new will hold for Italy too.

Il nuovo Nokia E6-00, smartphone Symbian^3 della casa finlandese, comincia a far parlare di sè in rete. Infatti è stato confermato non solo che il device esiste, ma che ha anche già ricevuto (il 2 dicembre scorso) la cerficazione dalla Wi-Fi Alliance, consultabile qui.

Ne abbiamo sentito parlare proprio qualche giorno fa, e l’immagine che vi mostriamo oggi assomiglia molto a quella presente sull’invito per l’evento che LG ha organizzato al prossimo MWC di Barcellona. Questo dovrebbe essere il famoso Optimus 3D, con il display che permetterebbe la visione tridimensionale senza bisogno degli occhiali appositi. Per quanto simile agli ultimi Black e Dual il display sembra più grande (4,3 pollici?) proprio per permettere la miglior visione 3D. C’è la camera frontale e si parla di una gestione multi canale della RAM. Anche in questo caso non ci resta che aspettare Barcellona dove, vi ricordo, batista70phone sarà presente per aggiornarvi con tutte le novità.

LG OPTIMUS 3D, FIRST SHOT.

We heard talking about just some days ago and the image we show you today does look a lot to the one on the official LG event invitation planned for the next Barcelona WMC. This should be the famous Optimus 3D with the display which allows the 3D vision without special glasses. It similar enough to the Dual and the Black but its display does look larger (4.3″?) just to allows the 3D vision. There is a front facing camera and someone talk about a multi-channel RAM (whatever does mean). In this case also we have to wait for Barcelona where, i remind you, batista70phone will be for keep you update about all news.

La società di ricerca Canalys,  ha fatto un’analisi per quanto riguarda le vendite di smartphone nell’ultimo quarto del 2010 e i numeri che sono usciti fuori sono di quelli che devono far riflettere. In questa finestra temporale sono stati venduti 32,9 milioni di smarphone con sistema operativo Android, (circa 7 volte di più rispetto all’anno prima !) contro i 31 milioni di smartphone con sistema Symbian.

Sono sempre di più le immagini di questo terminale HTC che appaiono in rete. Quello che per ora è conosciuto con il nome di Saga dovrebbe essere la nuova versione del Desire già fotografata nella metropolitana di Taipei. In questa immagine il modello è nero invece che grigio argento. Vedremo, Barcellona è vicina.

Siete stanchi dell’ormai vetusta interfaccia statica che ormai da 3 anni impera su Iphone e Ipod touch ? Vi piace la UI di Windows Phone 7 ? Allora non potete farvi scappare questo tema, sviluppato proprio per questi device, che porta la Metro UI sui vostri amati melafonini !

Ovviamente per intallare il tema, dovrete aver fatto il jailbreak e aver installato Backboard da Cydia, ma l’effetto sembra molto bello con i live tiles in stile WP7. In questo momento è in fase beta e le istruzioni dettagliate per l’installazione potete vederle QUI.

Una prova particolare per vedere quanto distorce l’audio del Nexus S in fase di video ripresa; l’ho avvicinato al mio stereo ed ho gradualmente alzato il volume fino al massimo. Come previsto, oltre una certa soglia gracchia, ma lo faceva anche il Samsung Wave che è dichiaratamente più multimediale.

Una delle migliori peculiarità di Android è l’estrema moddabilità e la UI è una delle cose maggiormente personalizzabili; ce ne sono per tutti i gusti ed esigenze ed in questo piccolo video ho messo a confronto ADW Launcher EX, Launcher Pro ed una UI ispirata a Windows Phone 7, tutte molto fluide e veloci. Per le mie necessità la più adatta è ADW, per voi ?
